Class Agenda:
1) Read Book, “Coaching with NLP” by Joseph O’Connor and Andrea Lages.
2) Co-team coaching.
3) Twelve (12) week time frame
a) Week One (1) – Introduction
b) Weeks Two (2) through Eleven (11) – The Ten (10) Chapters of the Book
c) Week Twelve (12) – Celebration
4) Requests for the class
a) Read chapter before each class.
b) Perform the action steps at the end of the chapters.
c) Commit your time and effort to the entire class time of twelve (12) weeks.
i) Class time – two (2) hours each week for twelve (12) weeks or 24 hours
ii) Reading and action steps time – another two (2) hours per week or 24 hours
iii) Minimum of 20 minutes a day toward reading, action steps, and coaching.
iv) Total minimum commitment of time is 48 hours for the semester.
d) Offer donation given each class to be earmarked for coaching scholarship.
