Katherine Nixon Announces Robert Broussard
The Cost is Your Tip, The Reward is Priceless
Houston, TX - August 2, 2010
If you know Robert, in Houston, it is real pleasure to depart from Terminal C with Continental Airlines (CO). The first time that I met Robert, he sought me out, was smiling, and remained attentive to the details of getting my luggage and me to our destination. As a skycap attendant, he did an admirable job.
Then, he hit me a WOW. He handed me his business card and said, "If you are traveling this way again, give me a call, and I will have everything ready when you drive up." Now, I was traveling with my business services manager who assured Robert that I would indeed be calling because I was loyal (to remarkable customer service). Since that day, I have called him each time I fly Continental Airlines out of Terminal C. On Sunday, I called Robert again. It was bright August morning and Robert's smiling was once again greeting us at the top of the ramp with a dolly, a luggage tag and a boarding pass.
The cost a tip, the reward priceless. It is an infectious start to a trip. He is so kind and generous; you have to pass it on.
What if we all approached our jobs and lives with that same dedication, having a purpose to each day, being clear about who we are and demonstrating a clear well-thought out vision. "Attitude is everything," says Keith Harrell and I agree.
So the next time you are flying with Continental Airlines out of Terminal C, please give Robert Broussard a call. His phone number is below.
