Katherine Nixon's Biography
Katherine Nixon helps company executives implement their business growth strategies and helps professionals reach their personal and professional goals.
Katherine is a project management professional (PMP) who is also a certified public accountant (CPA).
She utilizes her education and experience where major changes are happening. Her background is in project management, accounting, income and estate tax law, coaching and auditing. She and her team provide tax-advantaged strategies and reporting for diversified individuals, businesses and large estates.
While still in college, Katherine began her career in public accounting. In 1990, she started her own firm providing business consulting and complex tax reporting as the cornerstones of her services. Today, Katherine continues to enjoy project management assignments and training.

Katherine holds a BBA from Texas A&M University in Accounting. She is certified as a project management professional, a public accountant, and a professional coach. Katherine is an active volunteer in her community, professional and former student associations. She has won numerous awards for communication and creativity.

Katherine's firm, SETFS.com, ranked 20th in the 2010 Aggie 100 by Mays Business School, honoring each year the 100 fastest growing Aggie-owned or led businesses in the world. She developed and conducts PMP training, coaching and leadership workshops. She enjoys photography and sharing her home on the continental divide in southern Colorado.
