Katherine Nixon has years of experience in project management. She is open to contract work as a project manager – especially in financial project management, mergers and acquisitions, or financial software implementations.

Katherine’s specialties lie in two primary areas: 

  1. Mergers and acquisitions as a Transition Specialist, focusing on post-acquisition transitions of systems processes and teams, 

  2. Implementation of enterprise resource planning (ERP) software systems.
