Inter-American Development Bank
Katherine Nixon was chosen to help the internal audit team of Inter-American Development Bank to develop project management skills and certification. Inter-American Development Bank works to improve lives in Latin America and the Caribbean. Through financial and technical support for countries working to reduce poverty and inequality, they help improve health and education, and advance infrastructure. Their aim is to achieve development in a sustainable, climate-friendly way. With a history dating back to 1959, today they are the leading source of development financing for Latin America and the Caribbean, providing loans, grants, and technical assistance; and conducting extensive research while maintaining a strong commitment to achieving measurable results and the highest standards of increased integrity, transparency, and accountability.

Community Resource Credit Union
Katherine was engaged to develop company-wide managers to understand the basics of project management and to apply it strategically within its organization.
In 1935, a group of visionary Humble Oil employees in Baytown, Texas, joined together to form a credit union; a not-for-profit financial cooperative. Their vision was to create a financial institution dedicated to the mission of people-helping-people with low-cost, valued financial services.
KSJ
Katherine Nixon was engaged to develop their project managers and prepare for certification allowing KSJ to compete effectively for government contracting and to deliver more effectively a broad range of consulting services designed to optimize our clients’ IT capital planning and investment portfolio results. Their services include, but are not limited to IT management, technical support and consulting services which includes strategic planning, feasibility/bench-marking studies, business process analysis, business case/analysis of alternatives, cost and schedule modeling (to include function point analysis to estimate the size/scope of software development efforts), life cycle cost/benefit analysis, project/procurement planning, RFP development, vendor proposal evaluation, risk management, budget formulation/execution management, earned value management, monitoring project/system life-cycle activities (development, implementation, and operations/support), and post implementation reviews to evaluate project effectiveness. They provide a full spectrum of services to provide the highest quality and most cost effective solutions to satisfy organizational and operational requirements.
Founded in 1996, KSJ is a privately held professional consulting firm that specializes in providing information technology (IT) management, technical support, and consulting services to the Department of Defense, Federal and State Agencies. KSJ is headquartered in Falls Church, Virginia and currently has a local office in San Antonio, Texas.

Katherine developed and delivered a program helping their entire personnel focus on skill knowledge and techniques addressing competencies of project management, leadership skills, including but not limited to, conflict management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
ImaginAb is an immune and oncology imaging company developing a pipeline of novel products that give physicians unprecedented insights into the patient’s health—enabling better patient selection and treatment monitoring for immuno-oncology therapies and other drugs. Harnessing the specificity of monoclonal antibodies, ImaginAb engineers small, highly targeted proteins known as minibodies that image important molecular targets using standard Positron Emission Tomography (PET).
