Katherine is a seasoned program manager, project manager and implementation specialist with extensive business accounting and tax expertise. She works well with teams, software, systems and processes.
As a project leader, Katherine challenges individuals and teams to assimilate concepts and skills needed to conduct and provide value-added competencies which helps companies meet its strategic goals. Whether understanding of financial numbers, project management or honing leadership and technical writing skills, her primary focus is helping participants become more successful in their role at work and for success in projects helping meet corporate objectives.

Katherine is also an experienced international trainer having trained over 800 participants personally and thousands through her company. Katherine Nixon began training as a PMP exam prep instructor in 2013.
As a trainer, she provides quality training in leadership, project management and financial acumen. Katherine’s value-add to any training event is her extensive project management, implementation, accounting and leadership experience.
